Sales Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the Middle East region. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and opportunities and helping them find and make use of our best matching solutions.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Liaise with prospective clients to understand their business needs and develop quotes for our solutions.
  2. Support existing customers by hosting specialist training sessions on LCAs and EPDs and undertaking projects as required.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the One Click LCA platform and educate prospects on its value and opportunities.
  4. Increase our presence in the MENA region by attending industry events and seeking partnerships.
  5. Work with marketing teams to create localized content and with product teams to improve tools for respective markets.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of success in commercial B2B SaaS sales.
  • Understanding of SaaS sales processes and ability to independently oversee the region.
  • Degree in construction industry, LCA, building sustainability or related area, or prior experience in construction/manufacturing sectors.
  • Motivation to help others succeed and find solutions to overcome obstacles.
  • Fast learning skills and desire to improve constantly.
  • Customer- and results-oriented attitude.
  • Good listening skills and ability to see situation from prospect/client perspective.
  • Positive approach to business and learning.
  • Hands-on attitude and drive to get things done.
  • Professional working proficiency in English; full proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
