Dautom is expanding its operations in Saudi Arabia and seeks a seasoned IT Staff Augmentation Manager to lead our efforts.

Job Summary:

  • This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional to build and lead our IT staff augmentation function in the region.
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing P&L, driving business growth, and developing client relationships.
  • Responsibilities include strategic planning, talent acquisition, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to establish and grow the IT staff augmentation function, driving business development efforts and enhancing Dautom's presence in the region.
  • Leverage existing client relationships and establish new ones, understanding client needs and providing tailored staffing solutions to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Oversee the P&L for the IT staff augmentation function, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, implementing strategies to meet financial targets and optimize profitability.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet client needs and company objectives.
  • Expertly manage contingency staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO solutions, and volume hiring processes, developing and implementing strategies for efficient talent acquisition.
  • Lead efforts to attract top talent across borders, overseeing the logistics of talent relocation, including work permits and payroll solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of experience in IT staff augmentation or a related field, with a significant portion in a senior sales or managerial role, proven success in building and managing a function from the ground up.
  • Client Base: Established client relationships and a strong network within Saudi Arabia.
  • Skills: Expertise in contingency staffing, permanent recruitment, RPO solutions, and volume hiring, strong P&L management and stakeholder engagement skills.
