Job Summary

The Administrative Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring all building facilities adhere to proper safety standards and cleaning procedures. This includes maintaining equipment and building provisions to meet health and safety requirements, organizing and planning building installments and refurbishments, supervising facilities staff, and communicating with external contractors and vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and upkeep activities.
  • Plan and coordinate facility projects and renovations.
  • Supervise a team of facilities staff and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Develop and implement effective communication strategies with stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Certified Facility Manager (CFM) credential or equivalent experience.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of HVAC and other building systems.
  • Basic understanding of accounting and finance principles.
