Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Strategic Account Executive to manage our account relationships and promote our products within the healthcare industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Territory Management: Plan and execute field activities, coverage, frequency, and doctor's group meetings to meet sales targets.
- Account Mapping: Identify and engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Customer Engagement: Utilize disease area knowledge, product expertise, and allocated resources to build strong relationships with customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and patient access.
- Call Flow Execution: Develop and execute effective call flows to engage target customers.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete tasks on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Reputation Representation: Uphold a positive image of the company, team, and self.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
- 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties License.
- Valid Driving License.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
- Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
