Job Summary:
We seek an experienced Strategic Account Executive to manage our account relationships and promote our products within the healthcare industry in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Territory Management: Plan and execute field activities, coverage, frequency, and doctor's group meetings to meet sales targets.
  2. Account Mapping: Identify and engage with key stakeholders to understand their needs and develop targeted marketing strategies.
  3. Customer Engagement: Utilize disease area knowledge, product expertise, and allocated resources to build strong relationships with customers.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful product launches and patient access.
  5. Call Flow Execution: Develop and execute effective call flows to engage target customers.
  6. Administrative Tasks: Complete tasks on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
  7. Reputation Representation: Uphold a positive image of the company, team, and self.
  8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all applicable laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  2. 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Valid Saudi Commission for Health Specialties License.
  4. Valid Driving License.
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer applications.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  9. Strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
