As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Performance Indicators:- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
- Build and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the Saudi market.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3-6 years of experience selling ERP software solutions.
- A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
It would be beneficial if you have:
- Strong connections with companies and previous sales experience working with Microsoft partners in Saudi Arabia.
- IT/Software/ERP sales account management background.
