Key Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Performance Indicators:
  1. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  2. Develop and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  3. Build and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships within the Saudi market.
  4. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to senior management.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. At least 3-6 years of experience selling ERP software solutions.
  3. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  4. Strong understanding of the Saudi market dynamics and customer preferences.
  5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

It would be beneficial if you have:

  1. Strong connections with companies and previous sales experience working with Microsoft partners in Saudi Arabia.
  2. IT/Software/ERP sales account management background.
