We're looking for a skilled Travel Industry Partnership Manager to join our team and help build strong relationships with key partners in the tourism sector.

About the Job

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing effective partnership strategies and will be able to identify opportunities for growth in the travel industry.

This is a full-time position requiring a high level of expertise and experience in the tourism sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Developing and implementing partnership strategies to drive growth in the travel industry.
  2. Identifying and selecting key partners to work with.
  3. Working with market units to develop clear sales promotion strategies, including briefing requirements, ROI calculations, and reporting.
  4. Planning a sales promotion schedule across various market units, ensuring the right activities happen at the right time.
  5. Setting and agreeing on performance targets with partners for each activity, then monitoring progress, gathering feedback, and reporting on outcomes.
  6. Negotiating and confirming sales promotions with key trade and non-trade partners.
  7. Planning and carrying out targeted campaigns to support sales promotions, in coordination with relevant market units.
  8. Designing and using frameworks that allow market units to track promotion and brand KPIs such as share of voice, customer loyalty, market penetration, sales performance, traffic, and conversion metrics.
  9. Establishing strong working relationships with advertising agencies and other key operators to ensure alignment and support for brand strategies.
  10. Performing other activities as required.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in tourism, marketing, or a related field.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Tourism.
