**Job Description**

We are seeking a talented Team Lead to join our Saudi Client Capabilities Hub. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of experts delivering market insights, business development strategies, and commodities trends to metals and mining clients.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Lead a team of experts delivering market insights, business development strategies, and commodities trends to metals and mining clients
  • Help clients build capabilities in delivery and execution, both during an active project and continuing after recommendations are shared
  • Collaborate closely with clients and drive analyses to provide unique insights
  • Support the development and maintenance of proprietary knowledge capabilities in conjunction with other experts in local and global practices

**Requirements**

  1. Bachelor's degree in engineering geology, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering
  2. Superior problem-solving and analytical skills
  3. Exhibit self-motivation and high service-orientated work ethic
  4. 5+ years of work experience in industrial operational roles (all industries)
  5. Significant understanding of the industry dynamics
  6. Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
  7. Excellent written and oral communication skills
  8. Fluency in English; fluency in Arabic preferred
