About the Role

The EHQSC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and processes to support Environment, Health, and Safety, Quality management, and Compliance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Management
    • Lead the development and implementation of Quality Management Systems that comply with AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards.
    • Maintain the Quality Manuals and Quality Procedures, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
    • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with established QMS and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Drive continuous improvement efforts by analyzing quality data and implementing corrective actions.
    • Collaborate with suppliers to maintain high-quality standards throughout the supply chain.
  • Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Management
    • Develop and enforce environmental, health, and safety policies to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
    • Monitor and ensure adherence to all relevant EHS regulations and standards.
    • Perform risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
    • Investigate EHS incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
    • Develop and maintain emergency response plans and conduct regular training and drills.
  • Reporting and Documentation
    • Track and report on EHQSC performance metrics, presenting findings to senior management.
    • Ensure all EHQSC documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and accessible.
    • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to effectively communicate EHQSC matters.
  • Leadership and Collaboration
    • Manage and mentor the EHQSC team, promoting a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
    • Work closely with other departments to integrate EHQSC standards across all operations.
    • Contribute to the strategic planning process to align EHQSC objectives with organizational goals.
  • Compliance Management
    • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
    • Continuously monitor regulatory changes and ensure the organization remains compliant with all applicable laws and regulations.
    • Conduct regular compliance audits to identify and address any potential compliance issues.
    • Investigate compliance-related incidents, document findings, and implement corrective actions.
    • Prepare and present compliance reports to senior management and regulatory bodies as required.
