Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and develop training plans to address skill gaps and improve performance.
  • Deliver training sessions to various departments, working closely with stakeholders to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
  • Facilitate training workshops and design e-learning courses to cater to diverse learning styles.
  • Source and recommend vendors and external partners to design, develop, and deliver learning solutions.
  • Manage the Learning & Development budget and maintain relationships with vendors and consultants.
  • Evaluate training programs to ensure efficiency and develop learning metrics and KPIs.
  • Implement various T&D projects, including Succession Planning, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, and Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Develop and oversee training programs to drive business results and improve employee satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business is required, with a preference for CIPD or SHRM certification.
  • 5-10 years of experience in Learning and Development, with a strong background in training and development.
  • Experience working in a hospital environment or similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Strong experience in Learning and Development, Training, and Organizational Development is essential.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
