As a key member of our RecruitMe Plus team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant branch, ensuring seamless execution of our business strategy and policies to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of staff to manage day-to-day operations, customer service, and business growth.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to drive sales growth, improve profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficient inventory management, stock control, and supply chain logistics.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities to staff.
  • Manage and control labor costs, including scheduling, staffing, and time management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners to drive business growth and collaboration.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements to ensure our business remains competitive and compliant.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales growth, improving profitability, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and Arabic (written and spoken).
