Service Desk Role Overview

The Service Desk Professional will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing timely and effective support to resolve any questions or concerns they may have.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to guest inquiries and telephone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Coordinating with service advisors to ensure accurate scheduling and follow-up on service appointments.
  • Providing clear and concise information to guests regarding their vehicle's status and any necessary maintenance or repairs.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Automotive or Equivalent required.
  • Basic knowledge of English language structure and content.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
