We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to work in a diplomatic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient use of resources;
- Schedule meetings, coordinate events, and handle official correspondence with government and diplomatic institutions;
- Assist in protocol matters, providing liaison services as required;
- Provide administrative and clerical support to diplomats, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information;
- Maintain office records, manage documents, and ensure smooth workflow;
- Support visa and consular services if required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience);
- Native level Arabic proficiency with good writing skills;
- Fluency in English, with strong translation skills between Arabic and English (both written and spoken);
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills;
- Familiarity with diplomatic procedures, international relations, and protocol;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
