We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our organization. This is a full-time position offering a unique opportunity to work in a diplomatic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage daily administrative operations, ensuring seamless workflow and efficient use of resources;
  2. Schedule meetings, coordinate events, and handle official correspondence with government and diplomatic institutions;
  3. Assist in protocol matters, providing liaison services as required;
  4. Provide administrative and clerical support to diplomats, maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information;
  5. Maintain office records, manage documents, and ensure smooth workflow;
  6. Support visa and consular services if required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience);
  • Native level Arabic proficiency with good writing skills;
  • Fluency in English, with strong translation skills between Arabic and English (both written and spoken);
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills;
  • Familiarity with diplomatic procedures, international relations, and protocol;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
