Job Overview

The role of an Admin & PRO Executive at Intertec Systems involves coordinating various tasks related to office administration and labor/immigration. This includes working with ministries, local authorities, and banks to ensure smooth operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing office locations, carrying out daily administrative tasks, purchasing office supplies, and maintaining the office space. Additionally, they will coordinate with the headquarters team for any local requirements, visit banks to submit or collect documents, and manage medical and other insurance administration.

Another key aspect of this role is supporting the recruitment and onboarding of employees, as well as coordinating with vendors/customers for order processing and managing local deliveries. The candidate will also be responsible for managing new/renewal visa applications and other labor matters, and coordinating with the ministry/authorities for technical support or clarification.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage office location and carry out day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Purchase office stationery and equipment as required
  • Responsible for office maintenance and coordination with the landlord
  • Coordinate with HQ team for any local requirements
  • Visit bank and submit/collect/request documents
  • Medical and other insurance administration
  • Support in recruitment and onboarding of employees; coordinate with respective departments for staff requirements
  • Coordinate with vendors/customers for order processing and manage local deliveries
