The Job in a Nutshell

This role is essential in driving Foodics' growth by sourcing, closing, and maximizing revenue from existing clients. The Account Executive focuses on selling our SaaS software to restaurants, emphasizing contract renewals and upselling.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Contract Renewal and Upselling: Handle contract renewals, merge upsells and cross-sells, and conduct basic product demos if necessary.
  2. Upselling Opportunities Generation: Generate new Up/Cross-selling Opportunities during interactions with customers.
  3. Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high client satisfaction.
  4. CRM Proficiency: Use CRM systems to track and report sales activities, follow up on projects and cases related to customers, and leverage data to make informed decisions.
  5. Data-Driven Approach: Leverage data and insights from CRM to inform sales strategies and optimize performance.

Requirements

  1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  2. Prefer 1 year of proven experience in account management in F&B, SaaS, ERP, or Tech industries.
  3. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing large enterprise accounts.
  4. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  5. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
  6. Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  8. Fluency in Arabic and English.
  9. Restaurant operations experience is a plus.
