About the Role

The Professional Oral Health Territory Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional results in a designated geographic area. This individual will work closely with the team and POH Manager to execute strategies and plans that drive dental professional usage and sales.

  • Territory Management: Manage 450-600 office accounts, collaborating across multiple channels and prioritizing business needs.
  • Strategic Influencing: Develop strategic influencing process proficiency to drive business growth.
  • Market Expertise: Build industry knowledge and provide field perspective on go-to-market strategies and programs.
  • Business Analysis: Analyze data to determine impact on territory action plan tactics and strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Field Influencing: Deliver 9-11 calls per day to dental professionals, maximizing influencing time through lunch & learns when required.
  • Coverage Routing: Develop and execute an efficient route plan within territory to enable 95-100% reach of assigned universe of dental professionals 3-6 times per year.
  • Customer Service: Return customer calls, place orders, and handle all individual requests.

Requirements

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with ability to lead and influence.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical skills in life sciences with focus on dental science.
