About the Job:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at PayTech Nexus Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, identifying new market opportunities, and enhancing our existing products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve high aspirational targets on SNB cards business for 2025.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activity in the KSA market.
- Product Enhancement: Collaborate with the product development team to enhance existing products and develop new ones that meet customer needs.
- Mystery Shopping: Conduct regular mystery shopping exercises to assess the quality of our services and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to branch network, tele sales agents, and direct sales teams to ensure they have the necessary skills to sell and support our products effectively.
Requirements:
- 12+ years experience in business development, with 5+ years in card acquisitions or product development.
- Proven track record of delivering results-driven business development strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
