Sales Strategy and Execution

The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  1. CONDUCT DETAILED ANALYSIS OF CLIENT NEEDS AND DEVELOP SOLUTIONS TO MEET THOSE NEEDS.
  2. WORK CLOSELY WITH INTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS TO DEVELOP AND EXECUTE SALES PLANS.
  3. PROVIDE COACHING AND GUIDANCE TO JUNIOR TEAM MEMBERS TO HELP THEM DEVELOP THEIR SALES SKILLS.
  4. Maintain a deep understanding of client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
