We're seeking an Associate to manage sales, customer experience, and operational efficiency while analyzing business data to optimize growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth

  1. Drive membership sales and partnerships to increase occupancy and revenue.
  2. Track and analyze customer acquisition, retention, and conversion rates.
  3. Work with marketing to execute campaigns based on data insights.

Operations Management

  1. Oversee daily workspace operations to ensure a seamless member experience.
  2. Manage facilities, vendors, inventory, and amenities to maintain high service standards.
  3. Monitor operational efficiency, costs, and resource utilization to optimize performance.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  1. Track key performance metrics (KPIs) for sales, occupancy, and revenue.
  2. Analyze customer behavior, space utilization, and membership trends.
  3. Generate data-driven reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.

Expansion & Real Estate Support

  1. Research and analyze market trends, competitor performance, and real estate opportunities.
  2. Assist in identifying new locations for expansion and lease negotiations.
  3. Work with leadership to develop data-backed growth strategies.

Qualifications:

A 2-4 year background in sales, operations, business analysis, hospitality, or coworking.

Strong analytical skills, with expertise in Excel.

Ability to interpret data, generate insights, and drive strategic decisions.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Possess a passion for creating engaging and efficient workspaces.
