As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for administering contracts, managing relationships with clients and contractors, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

Responsibilities:
  • Contract Administration: Coordinate and administer contracts, ensuring timely execution of clauses and compliance with contractual obligations.
  • Develop and implement contract management strategies to ensure effective contract administration.
  • Manage claims and variations, ensuring a robust response in line with contractual requirements.
  • Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contractual matters.
  • Process contractor invoices and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure contractors meet contractual obligations, including adherence to contract terms and conditions.
  • Prepare contractual presentations and reports to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate contractual progress meetings and drive project advancement.
  • Document and resolve contractual disputes and changes.
  • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders to provide progress updates and advise on contractual risks and opportunities.
