Role Summary
The Administrative Support Specialist provides administrative support and manages various tasks and processes within the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Main Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support to management and staff.
- Coordinating office activities, including handling correspondence, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment.
- Assisting in the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
- Organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, records, and databases.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
