Job Role
The Senior Client Partner - Banking and Payments will work closely with clients to develop and implement customized solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of the financial services sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Key Tasks:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice and ensuring their business needs are met.
- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand services within existing accounts, driving revenue growth.
- Project Oversight & Delivery: Ensure the successful delivery of projects, working closely with delivery teams to ensure timely completion, within scope, and within budget.
- Commercial Management & Contract Negotiations: Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring favourable terms for both the client and the company.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to develop long-term strategic plans that align with their business goals.
Skills and Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 8+ years of experience in account management, business development, or a related role within the IT services industry. Knowledge of the MENA Financial Services landscape Expertise in Banking and Payments. Proven track record of managing and growing large enterprise accounts.
