Pre-Sales Technical Advisor

Ruijie Networks Co., Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Solutions Architect to lead our Technical & Pre-Sales activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network technologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work effectively with partners and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitor products and solutions to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Project Management: Manage key projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
- Technical Support: Provide technical guidance and support to partners and stakeholders
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Plan and present technical demos or POCs to showcase products and solutions
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
- At least 3 years of pre-sales experience in the education industry (preferred) or similar sectors
- Excellent customer communication and presentation skills
- Strong document writing and presentation skills
- Good network technology skills, with a preference for holding certifications like CCIE or CCNP
- Ability to design and configure network infrastructure, as well as demonstrate products and solutions
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages, with strong coordination and persuasion skills
