Sales Role Summary
This Sales Manager position plays a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the assigned country. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.
Main Accountabilities:
- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver marketing programs that support sales efforts.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and market development reports to stakeholders.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, preferably in the IT - Hardware & Networking industry.
What We Offer:
We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
