Sales Role Summary

This Sales Manager position plays a critical role in driving business growth and expansion in the assigned country. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that aligns with business objectives and market trends.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Design and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to drive sales and growth.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver marketing programs that support sales efforts.
  4. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions and optimize sales processes.
  5. Provide regular sales forecasts and market development reports to stakeholders.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in sales leadership, preferably in the IT - Hardware & Networking industry.

What We Offer:

We provide a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development within the company.
