Job Title: Learning Support Specialists

We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Learning Support Specialists to join our team at Inteachers ApS. As a Learning Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting the academic success of our students.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of educational programs and activities that promote student learning and achievement.
  • Provide individualized support to students with diverse learning needs, including those with special educational requirements.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and motivation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge in areas such as special education, instructional strategies, and classroom management.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures related to student support and well-being.
Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of experience in a similar role or in a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of educational principles and practices, including special education and instructional strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to collaboration and mutual support.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
