Manage Front Office Operations

Drive Guest Satisfaction

Manage Budget and Resources

Requirements
  1. Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in hotel front office operations or a related field.
  • Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality, business administration, or a related field; 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations or a related field.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and technology.
