Key Responsibilities- Lead Front Office Team

- Oversee all front office functions, including guest arrival and departure procedures, switchboard operations, and retail/gift shop management.

- Monitor and analyze guest feedback, comments, and ratings to identify areas for improvement.

- Work closely with other hotel departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and sales, to ensure seamless guest experiences.

- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 4 years of experience in hotel front office operations or a related field.
- Or 2-year degree from an accredited university in hospitality, business administration, or a related field; 2 years of experience in hotel front office operations or a related field.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make sound business decisions.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and technology.
