The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our offerings.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing concerns.
- Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and negotiating contracts.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools, familiarity with AV solutions and systems integration is a plus.
- Must be under 30 years old and have a valid driver's license, with willingness to travel as required.
