Responsibilities

The Sales Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, driving sales growth, and delivering exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Managing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
  2. Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to promote our offerings.
  3. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and addressing concerns.
  4. Preparing and presenting compelling sales proposals and negotiating contracts.
  5. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the growth of the organization.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales/account management.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tools, familiarity with AV solutions and systems integration is a plus.
  • Must be under 30 years old and have a valid driver's license, with willingness to travel as required.
