Job Summary:
Come work with Restore Talent as a Customer Relationship Excellence Lead where you will lead customer relationship management strategies in KSA. The role focuses on improving customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value through data-driven marketing and CRM tools.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM strategies to drive customer retention, engagement, and sales.
  • Manage customer data, segmentation, and analytics to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Design and execute personalized communication campaigns via email, SMS, push notifications, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
  • Ensure CRM tools and technologies are effectively integrated and utilized.
  • Lead A/B testing and customer journey mapping to enhance user experience.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging CRM trends.

About You:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in CRM, loyalty programs, or customer engagement strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Data-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
  • Experience in the KSA market is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is preferred.
