We are seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at MOTABAQAH, Saudi Specialized Laboratories Company.
About the RoleThis is a mid-senior level full-time position in sales and business development. As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining successful business relationships with customers.
- Communicating with potential customers and discussing their requirements;
- Identifying customer needs and working to meet them;
You will also work on the continuous growth of the active customer base. To succeed in this role, you should have at least 4 years of sales experience and proficiency in English.
Additionally, knowledge of SASO programs such as SABER and the Saudi Quality Mark, as well as SFDA certification requirements, would be beneficial.
