We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Enrolment Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire admissions process, from initial enquiries to successful student enrolment.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service that reflects our culture and values. You will develop and maintain a personalized parent engagement strategy, ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to enrolment.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and track student enrolment, agent referrals, and withdrawal trends, using insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Conduct training sessions for new and existing Parent Liaison Team members to maintain best practices in customer experience and technology use.
- Leverage CRM tools, such as sequences, workflows, and AI bots, to enhance engagement and conversions.
