Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for exhibitions and sponsorship packages.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and expansion.
- Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients and partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through existing client networks.
- Work closely with the Event Director and Marketing Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive exhibitor participation and visitor attendance.
- Collaborate with the accounts department to ensure timely and accurate collections from exhibitors.
- Update all activities and contacts on our CRM system.
- Load bookings into the CRM system.
- Submit weekly pipeline reports and participate in pipeline meetings.
- Experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of B2B sales management and account handling experience within the exhibitions/events industry.
- Saudi national.
- Familiarity with selling construction and design products/services is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with a wide variety of clients and partners.
- Highly motivated and ambitious, with a desire to take ownership and responsibility to ensure the best outcome.
- Ability to work towards KPIs and use them as a motivational tool to hit and exceed targets.
- Adaptable and collaborative nature, working with colleagues across the team.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
