Job Summary
">We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Supervisor to join our team at Novotel Wollongong Northbeach. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising front desk staff, managing guest relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the hotel.

- SUPVISE AND TRAIN FRONT DESK STAFF TO ENSURE EXCELLENT GUEST SERVICE.">
- MANAGE GUEST RELATIONSHIPS, RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS AND PROVIDING SOLUTIONS IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER.">
- IMPLEMENT EFFICIENCY-DRIVEN INITIATIVES TO IMPROVE OPERATIONAL PROCESSES AND PRODUCTIVITY.">
- DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN STRONG WORKING RELATIONSHIPS WITH COLLEAGUES AND OTHER DEPARTMENTS.">
- CONTRIBUTE TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE HOTEL'S GUEST EXPERIENCE STRATEGY AND BENCHMARKING PROGRAM.">
