About the Role

This position provides critical support to our paralegals and case coordinators in a fast-paced environment, preparing high volumes of business immigration applications.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Print, scan, and file documents into our electronic system.
  • Follow up with clients and foreign nationals for completed questionnaires and missing documents.
  • Process incoming and outgoing correspondences, including preparing UPS mailing envelopes.
  • Maintain client files, editing letters and forms as needed.
  • Assist with data entry and time tracking requests.
  • Update information and upload documents into our immigration case management system.
  • Request payments and process invoices.
  • Communicate with USCIS and DOS as required.
  • Provide light support to junior paralegals when needed.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 6 months to a year of experience supporting multiple people in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior immigration experience and/or law firm background are assets.
  • Proficiency in Windows-based software and Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
