Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment Strategy Development: Develop and maintain a strong network of tech professionals in the banking industry, utilizing various sourcing methods including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening: Screen and interview candidates to assess their technical skills, experience, and cultural fit, ensuring that only the most qualified candidates are presented to our clients.
Client Management: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and making job offers.
Candidate Experience: Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience, providing regular updates and reports to hiring managers on the status of open positions.
RequirementsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 3+ years of experience in tech recruitment, preferably in the banking industry.
