About the RoleThis challenging role involves managing and growing relationships with key client accounts within the Oil and Gas industry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in account management, a proven track record of driving growth, and a deep understanding of the Oil and Gas sector.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary contact for assigned Oil and Gas client accounts, developing a deep understanding of their business needs, challenges, and opportunities.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to secure long-term partnerships.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, collaborating with internal teams to introduce new cloud technologies and services that align with client needs.
- Monitor account performance, track key metrics, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in account management, with a focus on managing client accounts within the Oil and Gas sector.
- Demonstrated success in selling and delivering cloud solutions and digital transformation services.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions in a client-friendly manner.
