Job Summary

We are seeking a Sector Sales Development Specialist to join our team. As a key role in our business, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the sales and marketing strategy to drive growth for the Mining Sector.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a sales plan to target and acquire customers within your territory.
  2. Meet and exceed revenue targets and sales Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  3. Ensure non-rental costs are accurately priced (Fuel, Freight & Rehire).
  4. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  5. Follow our sales process (sector sales excellence) and all CRM and CPQ processes (Salesforce).
  6. Meet minimum sales activity requirements and CRM & CPQ compliance requirements.
  7. Monitor and analyze key account-related legislations and potential impacts.
  8. Study and propose fleet and services developments to meet customer and legislative needs.

Requirements

  1. Degree qualification in sales or a technical discipline, or minimum 5 years of successful high-level sales experience in the industrial services environment.
  2. Experience in selling (or renting) capital equipment or selling technical/engineering solutions or services (solution selling).
  3. Target-driven and results-oriented.
  4. Solution-oriented entrepreneurial skills, with the ability to think outside the box.
  5. Good ability to read, write, and speak English; proficiency in another regional language is an advantage.
  6. Willingness to travel frequently.
  7. Valid KSA driving license.
  8. Preference for Saudi National.
