This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Ecommerce Vendor Relations Specialist, responsible for managing the drop ship program.
You will be responsible for vendor relationships, performance management, and vendor compliance, working closely with IT, vendors, service providers, and merchandising to ensure seamless execution of the program.
Key responsibilities will include selecting and approving merchants, vendors, and drop ship providers, developing and maintaining vendor compliance policies, and ensuring that all aspects of the program are running smoothly.
Additionally, you will drive drop ship strategy, maximize throughput, and continuously optimize the program through troubleshooting common issues, vendor reporting, and education.
