The successful candidate will work closely with vendors of all sizes and must have the leadership presence and communication skills to represent Amazon at all levels of these organizations.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver Best-in-Class Customer Experience: Develop strategies to deliver profitable growth in the retail category while ensuring a best-in-class customer experience.
  2. Supply Chain Management: Develop knowledge of supply/demand trends and success drivers of your category.
  3. Vendor Relationship Building: Establish relationships and negotiate agreements/deals with leading manufacturers and brands. Drive new product launches and additions in the category.
  4. Operations Optimization: Execute and lead projects to more efficiently source stock, manage prices, and execute promotions.
