About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Trade Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our trade services department.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring that all trade transactions are accurately processed and input in accordance with customer instructions and bank operational instructions. This includes maintaining excellent relationships with customers, processing hub teams, and other stakeholders.

As a Trade Service Manager, you will also be responsible for managing job and work assignments, user profiles, work schedules, and manpower resources to achieve improvements in productivity. You will build morale and motivate subordinate officers and staff members to build up optimum team spirit and productivity.

You will interface with customers, processing hub teams, relationship managers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination. Your goal will be to maintain cordial relationships with key trade service relations and ensure understanding of business needs, customer satisfaction, zero errors, no customer complaints, and no duplication of transactions.

To be successful in this role, you must have thorough understanding of ICC rules, local laws, legal risks, and knowledge of trade documentation and shipping terms. You should also have good communication and PC skills. In addition, you must comply with the group's sanction policies and procedures and adhere to the agreed risk plans and approach.

Key Responsibilities:
