Savills Middle East is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Property Specialist to join our team.

About the Role

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our Property Management team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations in managing our Saudi Arabia portfolio.

  • Assist with the preparation of client reports, including collating key data and obtaining inputs from senior colleagues as needed.
  • Handle conference hall bookings and parking inventory management.
  • Coordinate events and prepare event planners for 3rd party service providers.
  • Manage access card issuance and replacement, ensuring timely collection of fees.
  • Create and update tenants' master sheets, including representative names and contact details.
  • Chase and follow up submission of monthly utilities meter reading from FM to Finance.
  • Circulate management reports, dealing with necessary amendments and preparation for printing or distribution.
  • Assist in preparing other team reports as needed, including one-off projects or client requests.
  • Support agenda and minute preparation for team meetings, along with any necessary information/presentations.
