TAM is a leading Saudi company offering digital solutions and advisory services to public and private sector clients. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant to join our esteemed Advisory team.

This role involves managing multiple projects concurrently, overseeing project scope, defining approach, framework, and methodologies. You will be instrumental in shaping client agendas, building strong relationships, and driving business growth.

  • Develops and executes strategic plans that drive public impact at TAM.
  • Oversees the full client development journey, shaping strategies, and ensuring successful project implementation.
  • Manages multiple projects concurrently, taking ownership of each.
  • Structures project scope, defines approach, framework, and methodologies.
  • Manages project plans, deliverables, resources, and budget throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Actively manages client relationships to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Drives business insight, conclusions, and recommendations to address client issues.
  • Leads project teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of relevant experience in professional services and management consulting.
  • A history of working with Saudi governmental clients is required.
  • Successfully managed multiple large-scale projects.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution is essential.
  • Proficiency in Arabic and English is necessary, with excellent writing and speaking skills.
  • Familiarity with MS Office, especially PowerPoint, is required.
  • A Bachelor's degree is mandatory, with business-related majors preferred.
