Job Description

  1. We seek an experienced professional to promote and sell our diverse range of frozen seafood products to both existing and potential customers.
  2. The successful candidate will identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities through active communication and relationship-building.
  3. The daily tasks involved in this role include processing orders, responding to customer inquiries, and ensuring seamless interactions with customers by working closely with colleagues.
  4. This position requires collaboration with our sales team to share knowledge, address any issues, and provide support when needed.
  5. We expect our sales professionals to build lasting relationships with customers, understand their needs, and offer solutions that meet their requirements.
  6. In addition to promoting our core frozen seafood products, we encourage our sales team to explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling relevant products.
  7. Effective communication with customers, vendors, and colleagues primarily via phone and email is essential for this position.
  8. We work as a cohesive unit to guarantee our customers receive outstanding service and achieve their objectives.
  9. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and willing to take on additional tasks or projects as required.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. Prior experience in frozen seafood sales is highly valued, preferably with an existing customer base.
  2. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with English fluency being a requirement. Spanish fluency is considered an asset.
  3. We seek a self-motivated, results-driven professional who can multitask effectively and manage competing priorities.
  4. A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills are crucial for success in this role.
  5. The candidate should have basic computer skills to efficiently process orders and manage customer data.
