We are Total-TECH Co., a leading provider of e-learning solutions, and we are seeking an exceptional Sales Specialist to join our team.

About the Job

This key role will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives, building strong client relationships, and delivering tailored e-learning solutions.

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong understanding of e-learning technologies and platforms, excellent communication skills, and fluency in Arabic and English.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, experience in sales, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or related industries, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across various sectors, including educational institutions, corporate organizations, and government sectors.
  • Understand client needs and develop targeted e-learning solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Stay up-to-date on e-learning trends, technologies, and competitors in the Saudi market.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Create detailed proposals, contracts, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to align sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and forecasts using CRM tools.
Essential Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in e-learning, EdTech, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of e-learning technologies and platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
