Sales Account Representative

**Job Summary:**
Oil and Gas Job Search Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales account representative to manage our drilling tools business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of building long-term relationships with major customers and expanding business with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key customer relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Create new business opportunities with existing and new customers, identifying and capitalizing on sales leads.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new technologies, identifying opportunities to introduce innovative solutions to customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer contact information and sales interactions.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers, based on trust, performance, and delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or sales representation.
- Proven sales and marketing experience in a similar position.
- Basic knowledge of drilling operations and technical understanding of drilling tools.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and strong presentation skills.
- Understanding of various sales and product promotion techniques.
