Job Summary

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at AMICO Group. As a Sales Representative - Orthopedic Products Specialist, you will be responsible for selling our Orthopedic products to surgeons and healthcare professionals.


Key Responsibilities
  1. Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting

Conduct thorough market analyses to identify business opportunities and develop sales forecasts that align with our company strategies.

Product Promotion and Sales

Represent AMICO Group as an authorized partner to promote and sell our Orthopedic products to a sophisticated audience of surgeons and healthcare professionals.

Customer Relationship Management

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, including surgeons, nursing and clinical staff, to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Event Participation and Marketing

Participate in marketing events, conferences, workshops, and promotion campaigns to showcase our products and build brand awareness.

Customer Support and Technical Assistance

Provide skilled technical support to customers, ensuring seamless equipment installation, startup, utilization, and maintenance.

Reporting and Performance Metrics

Regularly report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions.


Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Business Acumen and Sales Experience

Proven sales experience in the medical device industry, with a strong understanding of business principles and market trends.

Product Knowledge and Technical Skills

Excellent knowledge of our Orthopedic products and their applications, as well as technical skills to provide effective support to customers.

Communication and Interpersonal Skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.

Adaptability and Problem-Solving

Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs, with a strong problem-solving mindset to overcome obstacles.
