**The Role:**

Sales Executive - Customer Workflows

This role requires a seasoned professional with experience in leveraging AI-powered tools and automation workflows. You will be responsible for overseeing market success of ServiceNow's Customer Workflow products, built on our leading Service Management platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Support territory strategy development, focusing on vertical agreement, account use case targeting, and execution.
  • Work closely with the extended sales team, providing input during account planning and ensuring alignment with Now Value principles.
  • Coach AE, ADR, and ACE on foundational specialty solution areas, helping them identify opportunities and manage the sales cycle.
  • Participate in Capability Roadmap discussions, offering feedback and guidance to ensure successful team engagement.
  • Foster a culture of diversity and inclusion within your team and across the organization.
