Sales Executive

We are looking for a competitive and trustworthy Sales Executive to help us build up our business activities. You will be responsible for discovering and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining customer satisfaction.
The goal is to meet and surpass the company's expectations to drive rapid and sustainable growth.
Sales Executive
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
Collaborate with team to achieve better results
Customer Acquisition and Lead Generation:
Identify potential customers through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients.
Develop and implement strategies to convert leads into customers.
Sales Planning and Strategy:
Set sales goals and create plans to meet or exceed targets.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to client requirements.
Customer Relationship Management:
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients.
Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure satisfaction.
Regularly update clients on new products, services, or promotions.
Negotiation and Closing:
Conduct price negotiations and finalize sales agreements.
Prepare and manage contracts and other documentation.
Follow up to ensure timely product or service delivery.
Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
Fast learner and passion for sales
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
High school degree
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Soft Skills:
Outgoing and confident personality with the ability to engage clients.
Resilience and perseverance to handle rejection and continue pursuing sales goals.
High emotional intelligence for understanding client needs and building rapport.
