Sales Executive Leader - Drive Customer Success at SAP

SAP is a purpose-driven company that focuses on innovation and customer success. As a Sales Executive Leader, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strategic relationships with key customers.

  • You will develop and execute account plans to ensure sustainable growth and achieve/exceed revenue targets.
  • You will leverage internal resources, including marketing, inside sales, and partner channels, to drive demand and manage opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Account & Customer Relationship Management:
    • You will serve as the end-to-end account owner, managing sales of software licenses and cloud subscriptions.
    • You will establish trusted relationships with customers and develop strategic account plans to ensure sustainable growth.
  • Demand Generation, Pipeline, and Opportunity Management:
    • You will maintain pipeline management, ensuring a healthy and advancing sales funnel.
    • You will utilize SAP's comprehensive solution portfolio to effectively address customer needs.
  • Conduct White Space analysis to identify and execute up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Orchestrate and deploy appropriate teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.

About You:

  • You have 7+ years of experience in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
  • You have proven success in business application software sales and leading team-selling environments.
  • You have a proven track record in the Saudi Arabia utilities and ENR sector.
  • You possess strong negotiation skills and experience in renewals, expansions, and up-sells of subscription-based solutions.
  • You are fluent in Business English and proficient in additional languages.
