We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our Key Account Department as a Construction Equipment Sales Specialist.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for selling construction equipment to customers in the Western Region, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sell construction equipment to customers in the Western Region.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support for clients.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular feedback to management.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the construction equipment industry.
  • At least 2-3 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven outdoor sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Basic Arabic language skills (understanding and speaking) are required for the Western Region.
  • Strong knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
