Sales Growth Strategist for Construction Industry

We are seeking a results-driven sales professional to join our Key Account Department as a Construction Equipment Sales Specialist.
About the Role:The successful candidate will be responsible for selling construction equipment to customers in the Western Region, while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sell construction equipment to customers in the Western Region.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and support for clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular feedback to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar sales role within the construction equipment industry.
- At least 2-3 years of work experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven outdoor sales experience, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Basic Arabic language skills (understanding and speaking) are required for the Western Region.
- Strong knowledge of construction equipment and its applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed within the assigned territory.
