Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Strategy: Develop and implement event strategies in line with Tahaluf's business objectives, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and budget.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of event professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure high performance and results.
  • Event Operations: Oversee the planning and execution of events, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for revenue growth, developing innovative ideas for event features and content to attract and retain visitors and exhibitors.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing plans, positioning Tahaluf's events as international leaders in the industry.
  • Logistics and Operations: Ensure compliance with company health and safety standards, manage logistics plans, and execute events within agreed timelines.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely and accurate reporting on event KPIs, forecasts, and budgets, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree in a business or event management field.
  • Experience: Significant experience in a senior role within the exhibitions/consumer/brand sector, with expertise in event management, team leadership, and business development.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a pressured environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Language: Fluent in English, with proficiency in MS Office and ability to work in a regional business culture.
