Marketing & Communications Executive

This role supports the Marketing & Communications department in executing various marketing strategies and tasks. The position appeals to a highly motivated and flexible individual who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop marketing materials and collaborate with the Director of Marketing on ongoing media initiatives.
  2. Review and edit hotel press kits as required.
  3. Prepare press kits and promotional items for press trips.
  4. Coordinate journalist visits, dining experiences, and spa reviews, and produce press releases for both hotels, maintaining a monthly report of activities.
  5. Support the planning and execution of marketing events and functions.
  6. Assist with photography shoots and videography requirements.
  7. Gather information for outlet-related promotions from relevant departments.
  8. Ensure adherence to brand and editorial standards across the Marketing & Communications department.
  9. Collaborate with appointed agencies, providing detailed briefs outlining project objectives, target markets, and additional requirements.
  10. Publish and distribute monthly reports.
  11. Oversee hotel and seasonal photo and video shoots.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field.
  • A seasoned communications professional with expertise in marketing, creativity, and adaptability.
  • A driven individual with experience in traditional, digital, and e-commerce marketing.
  • Prior experience in luxury hotels or luxury brands is an asset.
